What People Are Saying About Resolve PT
Reviews from Google
Deborah provided me with immediate relief and a plan to move forward in a holistic manner. She immediately identified the most effective PT exercises for me to perform daily which I incorporated into my daily yoga practice. My pain is under control and my activity level restored. Deborah is knowledgeable, an exceptional communicator and very responsive. I give her my highest recommendation and I’m grateful to have her expertise available should I ever need it.

Deborah was my therapist for four weeks. She has a DPT degree in physical therapy, and therefore represents a new generation of therapists who have an expansive range of latest knowledge but also new techniques. In addition, she has excellent bedside manner. She is warm, compassionate and caring. With only treatment of four weeks, my condition was much improved. As our treatment ended, she made sure that I stayed well by showing me how to exercise. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Deb does a great job of breaking down each exercise/movement so I understand why im doing it, and how to do it correctly! I feel very heard when talking with her and know that her plan is specifically tailored to my needs as an individual.

I’ve worked with Deb for several months now spanning two separate injuries. And in the likely event I need PT again in the future, I’ll be reaching out to her again. I started at UPMC PT but felt like I wasn’t getting the attention and care I really needed. I found Deb and the difference is like going from fast food (UPMC) to a farm to table restaurant. I saw Deb 1:1 each session, just us. She wasn’t managing 4 other patients at the same time. She helped me through manual therapy (massage, dry needling, cupping, etc.) and learning exercises to do together and on my own. Deb is able to adapt on the fly as you notice new things about how your body feels and changes as you heal. I saw dramatic improvements in my pain by visiting her weekly and doing my daily exercises. Deb also helped me talk thru the emotions (fear, anxiety, sadness) that can come with major injuries or arthritis. So much of healing is mental! Deb also cares about getting you back to YOUR normal, especially if you’re an athlete who pushes your body further than what the doctors see as their end goal for minimal everyday function (e.g., carrying a laundry basket whereas I need to get back to the flexibility and strength required for my hot yoga practice). If you’re looking for more than “fast food” PT, go see Deb!!!
